Cancellation Policy

Refunds will not be given if cancelled within 7 days of event.

If you cancel after making a payment, you are responsible for finding your replacement and securing your green fees. If Rudy finds a replacement for you your green fee will be held as credit for a future event.

If you commit to an event and require a payment arrangement, you can not cancel within the 7 day window. Doing so keeps you liable for green fees still.

In the event the tournament is cancelled due to weather or another act of God, your payment will be held as credit towards a future tournament.

If you are bringing a guest - you are liable for their green fee. Even if they cancel.
